Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason, and receive a full refund.
Exceptions
Personalised or made-to-order items (for example, custom card binders or bespoke colourways) are exempt from this right to cancel, unless the item arrives faulty or damaged. This is standard for bespoke goods under UK consumer law.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at admin@ak-hk.uk within 14 days with a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
How to return an item
Contact us first at admin@ak-hk.uk before sending anything back. Items should be returned unused and in their original packaging where possible. You'll be responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Once we've received and checked your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.
