Shipping Policy

UK delivery

All prices include UK shipping, sent via Royal Mail. Standard items are dispatched within 2-3 working days of your order.

Made-to-order items

Where a listing is made to order, the estimated lead time is shown on the product page — this is in addition to standard dispatch and delivery time. We'll email you if anything's likely to take longer than expected.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery within the UK. We currently don't ship internationally, but let us know if you'd like something sent overseas and we'll see what we can do.

Tracking

You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, get in touch at admin@ak-hk.uk and we'll look into it for you.
