Who can use this site

Our products
All items are handmade and sold in small batches. Some pieces are made to order — where this applies, it's noted on the product listing along with an estimated lead time. Because our items are handmade, small variations in colour, pattern, and finish are normal and not considered faults.
Pricing & payment
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time and to correct pricing errors. Payment is taken in full at checkout via our secure payment provider.
Order acceptance
We'll confirm your order by email once payment is received. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unexpectedly out of stock), in which case you'll receive a full refund. We also reserve the right to change or discontinue any product without notice.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited (for example, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
